The award application will be treated for “ONE” project/unit/factory only. Separate application is required for each projects/Units/Factories if you wish to send nomination for more than one unit.
All the Pages of application for the award should be numbered and Signed with official stamp by the Authorised Signatory.

If incomplete information/Documents are submitted, it will attract less marks accordingly and can  even be rejected.
No second opportunity will be allowed to rectify information or to provide additional supporting documents after receipt of the application. It is advised to submit the information & document carefully & as per sequence of the prescribed proforma of the application.

Documents/information not submitted as per the sequence prescribed in the proforma of the application will not be considered.

After submission of nomination, it is mandatory for all nominee Units/Co. to make presentations of relevant documents & information in presence of Technical Committee Members.

Cost of travelling, boarding and lodging expenses and Professional Fee of upto three evaluators will be borne by the applicant organisation whose SITE VISIT is to undertaken by Technical  Committee Members of Greentech Foundation.

All possible efforts will be made to maintain secrecy of the information however, Greentech Foundation will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of disclosure of information  furnished in the application.

The documents submitted alongwith the Application will not be returned back.

Nominations can be submitted every year to prove continuous efforts to protect environment.

Greentech Foundation reserves the right to withdraw any award at any time.

By sending your nomination, it is understood that you agree to make your Site, Plant, Equipments and Management System available for inspection by members of Greentech Foundation.
Application sent by Fax is not acceptable.

Greentech Foundation reserves the right to award more than one Trophy in Gold, Silver and Bronze category in various sectors depending on merit of applicants.

Scheme of Award can be changed at any time.

Greentech Foundation reserves the right not to disclose: Number of applicants, Name of applicants, grading / marking system.

Greentech Foundation reserves the right to publish particulars relating Environment Management initiatives mentioned in the application documents and achievements of the applicant for dissemination of knowledge.

Decision of Greentech Foundation regarding Award presentation shall be final. Any appeal/  canvassing or correspondence shall not be entertained.
   
AWARD RECEIVING

One Senior most official of Award receiving unit is welcome to participate as 'Award Receiver' in the  Award Presentation Program on Complimentary Basis.

Other officials interested in joining the Award Presentation Program must be Registered as Conference Delegates'.

Nomination of 'Award Receiver ' and Delegate must be sent on Prescribed 'Delegate Registration Form'  with 30 x 30mm size photo of award receiver.
   
ACCEPTANCE
 

On behalf of my/our organization I / We accept to abide by the rules of Greentech Foundation and also accept that decision of Greentech Foundation regarding the Award shall be final. I / We further  declare that all the information furnished and the documents attached are true.
