The 23rd Greentech Workplace Fire, Safety & Security Summit 2025 held on December 15–16, 2025, in Jaipur, Rajasthan, opened with an insightful Session 1 that explored forward-looking approaches to workplace safety and resilience in an evolving industrial landscape.
The session featured two engaging talks: Uday Singh, Deputy Executive Director at Dalmia Cement Bharat Group, spoke on “Active Monitoring of Leading Indicators,” emphasizing how proactive safety metrics empower organizations to anticipate risks and prevent incidents before they occur. He highlighted that leading indicators serve as the foundation for a predictive safety culture—transforming data insights into real-time action for continuous improvement.
The second talk, delivered by Dr. Jeeta Sarkar, Ph.D. (OBHR), Assistant Professor (OB & HR) at Jaipuria Institute of Management, focused on “Sustainability in the Context of Safety, Fire, and Security.” Dr. Sarkar explored the intersection of human behavior, organizational culture, and sustainability, urging industries to embed environmental and social responsibility within safety frameworks to create holistic, future-ready workplaces.
Together, both sessions reflected the Summit’s commitment to advancing thought leadership in workplace fire, safety, and security management. The discussions resonated with the central theme of proactive, sustainable, and human-centered safety practices that drive resilience, innovation, and organizational excellence.
