The event began with the traditional Lamp Lighting Ceremony, symbolizing knowledge, progress, and the spirit of collaboration. Mr. K. B. Raju, President, Greentech Foundation, extended a warm welcome to the dignitaries, delegates, and participants, emphasizing the Foundation’s mission to strengthen leadership and foster a culture of quality and innovation in Indian industry.

The guest speakers shared insightful perspectives on the importance of ethical leadership, continuous improvement, and innovation-driven excellence in navigating the challenges of the modern corporate world. The session also marked the announcement of the Greentech Leadership, Quality & Innovation Awards 2025, recognizing outstanding organizations and leaders for their contributions toward building sustainable and high-performing institutions.

The inaugural session set an inspiring tone for two days of meaningful discussions, knowledge sharing, and celebration of leadership excellence.
